By accessing or using the Safrix website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Safrix and lets you request a product demonstration or contact us. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By submitting an enquiry you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which Safrix operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
